Candidate Screening

Applicants will apply for your open position directly through us. Your hiring specialist will then analyze the pool, identify the top applicants, administer cognitive and personality assessments, and conduct initial 30-minute phone interviews. While we promise 3 candidates, our hiring specialists often over deliver.

The Finish Line

Through this process, your hiring partner will narrow the applicant pool further, and schedule interviews for you with the best 3-5 candidates. You will receive the resume, assessment results and our interview summary to prepare you. Additionally, we can give you some quick tips on conducting a productive interview. We’ll also do reference checks at your request. Once you’ve found your new favorite employee, we recommend extending an offer right away. If you’d like a background check, we can do that once your candidate accepts the contingent offer.
