Your hiring specialist will then analyze the pool, identify the top applicants, administer cognitive and personality assessments, and conduct initial 30-minute phone interviews. While we promise 3 candidates, our hiring specialists often over deliver.
The Finish Line
Through this process, your hiring partner will narrow the applicant pool further, and schedule interviews for you with the best 3-5 candidates. You will receive the resume, assessment results and our interview summary to prepare you. Additionally, we can give you some quick tips on conducting a productive interview. We’ll also do reference checks at your request. Once you’ve found your new favorite employee, we recommend extending an offer right away. If you’d like a background check, we can do that once your candidate accepts the contingent offer.
